QUALITY CONTROL

MATERIAL INSPECTIONS
Our staff has the ability to receive authorized shipments, inspect content, fill out the proper forms, and transport items to warehouses.
RE-WORK

The fundamental activity in this area consists of redesigning a material which has to be modified again for approval, working it again so that in this way it meets the specifications requested by the client.

SORTING
In this type of service our staff selects, separates and classifies material that does not meet the quality requirements, which ensures that defective or non-conforming parts pass into the hands of your client through the verification of materials, components and accessories.

CSL 1

This type of Quality Control firewall detects non-conformities. Includes root cause analysis and possible corrective actions based on the results and a verification process to determine the effectiveness of corrective actions by inspection

CSL 2

This includes the same processes as level 1, but with an additional inspection process that is performed by an independent third party. In special cases, you may require Level 2 inspections to be performed outside of the supplier’s premises.

GP12

This tool is primarily used to ensure proper and fault-free use during the testing, pre-production and production stages. GP-12 services or also known as Early Containment services are part of the production part approval process.

CALIBRATION

For calibration we carry out a set of operations, under specified conditions, in the relationship between the values of quantities indicated by an instrument or measurement system.
We review the results of the calibration and take the pertinent actions to ensure that the results of the measurements made with the calibrated equipment have adequate accuracy.
